GBA now catching up
having played fifa on the gamecube, which maintains to improve with each time a new game is released, it has to be said it is being caught up by versions on the GBA. i was surprised to find the quality of the gameplay on the GBA and that it wasnt too far off that on the Gamecube.
it would have to be said that even though the detail of the GBA version isnt anywhere near that of its gamecube and PS2 counter parts, i enjoyed playing the game boy advance version more. it has a more fluent feel to it and didnt seem static like the version on the other consoles.
to compare it with other games on the game boy advance, i would say this was with out doubt the best sports game on this format, and one of the better games available on the gba. it was very useful to help me fill two 20 hour journies to and from the alps and is, in my view well worth getting for those of you who use your gba a lot. this is because fifa posses a very good league system, and there are quite a few teams available to play with from many different nations.
a very fun game. nice one fifa

A strong effort from ea sports
the only other football game i have on the gba is iss, which is still pretty good. i felt the need for an upgrade and fifa 2004 looked the best option and i was certainly not disappointed. the number of different competitions offers variations on the game. the gameplay, although a tad slow, is smooth and realistic with a couple of nice animated touches. The downside, as with all fifa games, it does become fairly easy after a while. However, with so many different leagues to play, it is always an addictive challenge.
fantastic, well worth the money

the best game ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fifa make the best football games you can get and Fifa 2004 proves that. Even if on gameboy advance there is no career mode like it has for all of the other consoles you can get it on it is excellent and has almost all of the summer transfers and almost 20 competions to compete in.The best game on the gameboy advance by far,Fifa 2004 is the total football experience!
